We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure that we can continue offering the best possible service to all our clients, we ask that you please respect the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations

  • 24 hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.

• Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours) and No Show:

  • A refund will be not be issued if you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice or are not present (no show) at the scheduled appointment time.

• Delay of Service:

  • Please be on time and prepared for your scheduled massage. If your appointment time is delayed, the session will be shortened to accommodate the next client without refund. 

• Emergencies & Exceptions:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you have an emergency or extenuating situation, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. We may offer flexibility or work out an exception on a case-by-case basis.

• How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • Cancellations and rescheduling requests can be made via phone, text, or email. We will confirm the changes in writing.

• Refunds:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations. We encourage you to reschedule if possible.​

• Safety: 

  • In order to ensure the safety of our massage therapist, a photo ID is required for all appointments in a private residence or hotel.

  • We employ a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will swiftly terminate the session and appropriate action will be pursued.

  • Our massage therapists hold themselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice.

  • You can have confidence in the safety and professionalism you will experience as a client.​​
